2006-now: Co- Founder and Partner of Change International  LLC and Change International Counsulting ,LLC, a USA consultancy company  working in legal, tax, investments and internationalization for corporate clients;

 

2008 –now: cofounder and President of Change International Africa  LLC , a USA consutancy company focalized on Africa business and based for Africa in Ivory Coast;

 

2010-now: President and CEO of Global Finance Trading SA, a Swiss company based in Lugano and Geneva  specializing in finance, trading business and  other business areas;

 

2009-2012: CEO of Ghost Tecnology Inc., Miami, USA,  a quoted company at NASDAQ market invovlved in TLC and Board Member  of the company;

 

1998-2005: Oppenheim & Associates Law Firm, Miami, USA, partner, an International law firm dealing primarily with European clients and  their business interests in the USA and Canada;

 

1999-2003: Owner of Studio Legale Nardi e Associati, Treviso, Padova, Milan, an International law firm assisting mainly Italian clients with their International business needs; 

 

1994-1998: Owner of Studio Legale Gardenal, Nardi & Associati, an italian law firm specializing in International and tax law;

 

1992-1994:  Chief Financial Director and  General Counsel of Taema, a joint venture with Hercules based in Italy;

 

1991-1992: Genreal Counsel of Recordati, a pharmaceutical Italian company quoted o the Milan Stock Exchange, with the responsability of  the entire Legal department;

 

1989-1991: Director of General Affairs and Legal Department ( General Counsel) of Schiaparelli Group, a pharmaceutical company quoted on the Milan Stock Exchange;

 

1984-1989:  Head of the Legislative office of Fiatimpresit, Fiat Group, Milan and Rome, manager;
